This maintenance should be performed every two years, or at 20,000 miles, 40,000 miles, 60,000 miles, 80,000 miles, and so on. This service is much more involved; in addition to performing all the services included in the minor maintenance, our technicians will also:
- Check the body and chassis for corrosion and paint damage both inside and out;
- Check the brake system for leaks or damage;
- Lubricate the door hinges and door latches;
- Check the engine cooling system;
- Inspect the exterior lights;
- Check the first aid kit;
- Check all indicator lights;
- Check the function and condition of all safety belts, including the latch and belt tongue;
- Inspect the front and rear suspension and axle components;
- Check the tire condition, tread wear, and inflation;
- Check for damage to the underbody;
- Add windshield washer fluid if necessary;
- Replace windshield wiper blades if necessary.
